Returns and Exchanges
Cuzzo® Return & Exchange Policy
At Cuzzo®, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a premium customer experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before submitting a request.
Return & Exchange Window
- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (the date your package is marked as delivered).
- Returned packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery date to be eligible.
Customer Ordering Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and item at checkout.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, wrong item, or accidental purchase) are not considered an error on Cuzzo®’s part.
- If an incorrect item is ordered, it may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided it meets all return eligibility requirements and is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- We do not modify or cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Store Credit Only – No Refunds
- Cuzzo® does not offer cash refunds or original payment method refunds.
- All approved returns are issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Store credit may be used toward a future purchase on our website.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must place a new order using their store credit.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In original packaging
- All original tags must be attached
- Accompanied by the original order invoice or packing slip
Items that do not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible and will not receive store credit.
Non‑Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale or Flash Sale items
- Limited drops clearly marked as Final Sale
- Accessories, headwear, or specialty items marked non‑returnable
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Return Authorization Required
- All returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or returned to sender.
- Approved returns must follow the instructions provided during the return authorization process.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
- Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.
- Cuzzo® does not provide prepaid return labels.
- You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Cuzzo® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages.
Once your return is shipped, you must provide the tracking number for confirmation.
Inspection & Processing
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
- If an item shows signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage, the return will be denied.
- Approved store credit will be processed within 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Store credit notifications will be sent via email.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided for review.
- Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of resolution.
Return Abuse & Rights Reserved
Cuzzo® reserves the right to refuse returns or deny service under the following circumstances:
- Excessive or suspicious return activity
- Items returned worn, altered, washed, or incomplete
- Suspected fraudulent behavior
- Abuse of store credit or return policies
Non‑Cuzzo® items mistakenly sent to our fulfillment center will be discarded.

Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. Please check back as we continue to grow and expand our shipping options.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
